Hawaii Fulfillment Operator

About the role

Part-time position working as the primary point person for the Hawaii Product Center and a member of the overall fulfillment team to prepare customer orders for shipping or pick up.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the Product Center.
• Deliver orders to customers and perform the required transactions to confirm order pick up.
• Use knowledge of internal doTERRA systems to place orders, return orders, or change orders for customers.
• Process Returns/Refunds/Exchanges in the doTERRA systems.
• Coordinate with the fulfillment team to pick and verify customer orders, personally walking the orders through the entire process as needed.
• Use proper sources to resolve problems promptly.
• Capture customer feedback.
• Upsell/mention promotions and Healing Hands to customers.
• Picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to help maintain company service level agreements (SLA).
• Assist in inventory replenishment, pick area readiness and organization.
• Assist in readying in-bound shipments for accurate receipt and put away.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory control as requested by leadership.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation and assist with overall facility cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to daily work schedule; avoid tardiness and absenteeism.
• Work overtime when requested or required due to order volume.
• Contribute to projects and/or fulfillment team when needed as requested by leadership.
• Attend Mandatory Monthly Meetings.
• Always show kindness, support, and respect towards fellow employees.

Qualifications

• Inventory control, warehousing, fulfillment experience highly desired.
• Proficiency in everyday computer skills, including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
• Order entry and WMS systems experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to contribute to and promote the building of an amazing team atmosphere.
• Use of creative problem‑solving skills highly encouraged.
• Flexibility within job duties.
