Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Hatch Team Member for Hatchery 1 in Oakwood. All training will be provided for this entry level position.
Schedule
Shift hours: Monday through Friday from 6:00am-2:00pm.
Pay
Starting hourly rate: $17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 days. Additional pay: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance).
Responsibilities
- Setting and transferring eggs
- Washing tubs and dividers
- Pulling hatch
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
