Hatch Clean Team Member - 1st shift

Job Summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Hatch Clean Team Member for our Hatchery 1 location in Oakwood. The position is available at a starting hourly rate of $17.30, with the potential to increase to $17.55 after 90 days. Additional pay includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance).

Shift Details

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm
• Rotating weekend: 1:30pm-7:30pm

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to lift between 50 and 70 pounds over your head repeatedly
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time

Job Functions

• Setting and Transferring Eggs
• Washing Hatchers, Tubs and Dividers
• Assisting in loading Poult Trucks
