About the role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers / Laborers to join our team. This is a hands-on role with steady hours and overtime opportunities.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Overtime Available: Monday through Saturday
• 12-hour shifts; ability to assist on other shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Write basic correspondence clearly
• Communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
• Perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Use units of measure, weight, volume, and distance in calculations
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
• Solve problems in situations with a few standardized variables
• Follow all plant safety rules, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and operating procedures
• Stand for the entire shift

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and assist on other shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift experience
