About the Role

Thrive Therapies Group is expanding our Itinerant Therapy Program in East Tennessee, offering full-time and part-time opportunities for Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs). This role focuses on direct therapy without evaluations or case management, allowing you to spend more time working directly with students in a supportive and structured environment.

Our itinerant therapy model delivers high-quality therapy directly to communities, providing a flexible and clinician-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services under appropriate supervision, focusing solely on direct therapy.
• Conduct focused, 40-minute therapeutic sessions with a stable and consistent student caseload.
• Build relationships and support student progress through meaningful, face-to-face interactions.
