About Us

Harrison Bay Senior Living is a beautiful facility located in Mound, MN, right off Commerce Blvd by Lake Minnetonka. It offers a lakeside work environment with 72 total units across memory care, assisted living, and independent living. Our team is creative, fun, and dedicated to helping residents Age Magnificently.

Open Positions

• Culinary Server

  Shift: Part-time AM (6:30 AM - 2:00 PM) or Part-time PM (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)

  Pay: $15.50/hour - $20.50/hour (DOE), plus a $500 sign-on bonus

• Cook/Chef

  Shift: On-call, flexible hours, or every other weekend (11:30 AM - 8:00 PM)

  Pay: $17.50/hour - $22.50/hour (DOE)

• CNA/HHA/Caregiver

  Shift: Part-time AM (6:00 AM - 2:15 PM) or Full-time PM (2:00 PM - 10:15 PM)

  Pay: HHA: $17.00/hour - $22.00/hour (DOE); CNA: $19.00/hour - $24.00/hour (DOE)
