Qualifications

• All Subcontractors Must Be Able To Provide Proof of commercial general liability insurance
• All Subcontractors Must Be Able To Provide Proof of workers’ compensation insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• References or examples of prior hardwood installation and refinishing work
• Confirmation that all crew members are legally authorized to work

Skills

• Experienced hardwood professional
• Understanding of sanding sequences, stain consistency, dust mitigation, finish quality, and the level of detail required in occupied homes

Pay

$25.00 per hour
