Responsibilities

• Prep and install the flooring in steps according to company's procedures with high attention to detail and care
• Maintain tools and work environment
• Understand project scope and familiarize with project file
• Handle company machinery and power tools safely
• Perform basic math calculations related to measurements
• Communicate with customers politely and professionally
• Ensure high quality standards are met
• Work towards high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3 years in flooring installation
• Valid driver’s license and functional vehicle
• Pass a background check
• Able to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedly
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks such as crouching, squatting, standing, and walking
