Hardware Technician-Bellevue

Position Overview We are seeking Hardware Technicians to support an enterprise IT environment during a surge in hardware support needs. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on device imaging, deployment, and hardware troubleshooting, with a strong preference for technicians experienced with Dell hardware. This engagement is ideal for technicians who enjoy fast-paced support work, hardware refreshes, and solving real end?user problems on site. Key Responsibilities Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops for end usersTroubleshoot hardware issues, with particular emphasis on battery diagnostics and replacementSupport onsite users during device refresh and redeployment activitiesResolve hardware-related tickets efficiently and professionallyFollow enterprise IT, security, and asset management standards Required Skills & Experience Prior experience as a Hardware Technician, Desktop Support Technician, or IT Support TechnicianHands-on device imaging experienceExperience working with Dell laptops and desktops (strongly preferred)Proven ability to troubleshoot laptop battery issuesComfortable working fully onsite in a structured corporate environmentStrong communication and customer service skills Nice to Have Experience supporting hardware refresh or migration projectsExposure to enterprise help desk or service desk environments Additional Details Contract to hire with immediate, meaningful impactMultiple onsite locations available—candidates should be local or able to commuteNo remote work options for this role Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
