About the Role

As a Hardware Principal Systems Engineer, you'll get early hands-on access to next-generation hardware, lead the configuration, integration, and system-level validation that readies these platforms for telco deployment, and represent the voice of the customer in global new product development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex issues across hardware, firmware, BIOS, management controllers, and OS layers
• Partner with product, marketing, and account teams worldwide
• Deliver visible impact and deep technical growth

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in hardware engineering roles
• Experience with server design and development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Skills

• Knowledge of server architecture and design principles
• Experience with hardware testing and validation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
