Hardware IPT Lead

As a Hardware IPT Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading electrical engineering development teams of 5 - 20 engineers through the hardware development process of digital subsystems. You will act as a technical liaison between Engineering & Technology leadership and Program Management to align resources, staffing, and milestone planning. Facilitating weekly IPT status meetings and ensuring transparent communication among engineering, technology, program management, and customer stakeholders. Delivering clear, concise oral and written updates to leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.

You will oversee subsystem development, build, and test activities to meet schedule, performance, and quality requirements. Experience fostering close working relationships with associate IPT Leads, functional Managers, and customer counterparts is required.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ Years of Relevant Hardware Development Experience
• 4+ Years in a Technical Leadership Role
• Demonstrated experience leading digital design efforts from concept to sustainment
• CAM or WPM experience

Desired Skills

• Experience in leading or presenting at technical reviews and boards
• Prior experience with digital module or subsystem development
• Experience in planning and leading technical solutions from proposal through all aspects of development
• Working knowledge of dealing with subcontractors and subcontract technical management

Pay Information

$110,500.00 - $208,344.00
