About the role
First shift, Monday through Friday, standard business hours. Based in the Pittsburgh area (Cranberry Township, PA).
Responsibilities
- Planning project requirements and managing constraints
- Conducting detailed trade studies for technical solutions
- Preparing labor and material cost estimates for proposals
- Designing drawings using CAD software
- Collaborating with vendors to procure components
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with CAD software
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical fundamentals
- Familiarity with IT systems including networking components
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM
- Engineer-in-Training certification
- Experience with security system configurations
- Knowledge of the nuclear power industry
