Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of server products, collaborating with design and manufacturing partners.
- Collaborate with customers to understand technical needs and architect scalable solutions.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams (component, firmware, test, qualification, integration engineers) to bring servers to data centers.
- Oversee the fleet of developed servers, monitoring quality and customer requirements.
- Debug complex system failures in time-sensitive settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with design and manufacturing processes.
- 5+ years of experience leading Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) and suppliers in product development.
- In-depth expertise in one or more server technologies (thermal/mechanical design, high-speed bus design, signal integrity, failure analysis, server components, BIOS, BMC, networking).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
