Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on circuit design skills
- Experience with schematic tools (DxDesigner preferred; Altium, Or Cadence, etc. accepted if strong)
- Solid PCB design/layout exposure
- Background in Power Distribution / automotive LV & HV systems
- Simulation experience (SPICE)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong experience in: Power supply design, MOSFET-based circuits, Worst-case analysis (must-have)
- Testing, validation, and board bring-up (critical)
Additional Qualifications
- Design and review schematics, PCB layouts, and test cases
- Perform and support testing activities
- Communicate issues clearly to customers
- Lead and guide team members across locations
- Deliver milestones on time
Tools
- DOORS and JIRA for requirements tracking (a plus)
