Responsibilities

• Excavate and prepare residential project sites for hardscape and landscape installations.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment such as skid steers and excavators safely.
• Install high-quality paver patios, retaining walls, boulder walls, and outdoor living features.
• Execute precise site grading and material handling to keep projects running efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with a small team of 2-4 members to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and job site safety standards on every residential build.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hardscaping or landscape construction.
