Hardscape & Masonry Foreman

About the role

The Hardscape & Masonry Foreman oversees the construction and installation of hardscaping and masonry projects. This includes managing teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure project timelines are met
• Manage a team of masons and laborers
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
• Coordinate material deliveries and scheduling

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in masonry and hardscaping
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
• Experience with project management software

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
