Hardscape Installer (Patios, Pavers & Retaining Walls)

The Opportunity

You will transform architectural visions into reality by constructing premium patios, walkways, and structural stone features. Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in masonry, hardscape installation, or landscape construction.
• Proven ability to install structural retaining walls, stone steps, and complex paver systems.
• Proficiency in grading, drainage solutions, and base preparation techniques.
• Physical capability to perform outdoor labor and lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Possession of a 2A/1C hydraulic license to operate company equipment on-site.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced knowledge of natural stone masonry and custom rock wall construction.
• Experience leading small crews or managing job site logistics.
• Previous involvement in large-scale commercial landscape construction projects.
• Strong background in winter storm response and snow plowing operations.
