About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of masons in the installation of hardscaping and brickwork projects. Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, ensuring project quality, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of masons in the installation of hardscaping and brickwork projects
• Ensure project quality and adherence to safety protocols
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in masonry and hardscaping construction
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Proficiency in masonry techniques and tools
• Experience with hardscaping materials and installations
