Hard Truth Restaurant: Dishwasher

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dishwasher equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health guidelines
• Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment
• Monitor dish machine performance, including detergent levels and functionality
• Remove trash and maintain a clean work area
• Support kitchen and front-of-house staff as needed

Qualifications

• No prior experience required (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
