About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the concession area of Hard Rock Stadium.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with food and beverage orders
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of concession stands
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license (optional)

Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of POS systems (optional)
