Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations and manage work orders efficientlyConduct initial assessments, take photos, and upload them for work ordersDeliver and install RYPM-specific items such as fire extinguishers, lock boxes, and real estate signsGenerate new work orders as needed and provide detailed assessments for the Maintenance DepartmentPerform additional tasks such as key copying, door closer installation, lock changes, TV mount installation, lock changes and more Qualifications High School diploma or equivalentAt least 5 years' experience in a similar maintenance or handywork roleValid driver's license and access to a functional vehicleVehicle capacity to transport at least 4' x 4' of plywoodProficient with hardware tools and power equipmentHighly organized and effective communicatorAble to work both independently and in a team settingMust own an iPhone for job-related communicationsDetail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving
