The Role

This position is for someone who has mechanical and Handyperson skills.

Job Specifications

• Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to repair, maintain and troubleshoot:
• Flooring - Carpeting, Painting, Plastering, Drywall, Wall coverings
• Appliances, Windows, Doors
• Electrical, Domestic water plumbing, Sewage plumbing, Gas plumbing, Boilers

Necessary Certifications

• The ability to perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the building’s tenants.
