Responsibilities
- Support repairs and maintenance across trades
- Carpentry
- Drywall & painting
- Basic plumbing & electrical
- Tile and general home repairs
- Prepare job sites and maintain clean work areas
- Learn tools, materials, and best practices
- Interact with customers professionally and respectfully
- Help identify additional service opportunities
- Maintain and organize tools, vehicles, and workspace
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements: ~1 year of hands-on experience (construction, landscaping, maintenance, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to communicate well with customers
- Willingness to learn multiple trades
- Valid driver’s license + good driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors when needed
