Handyman Helper

What You’ll Do

• Support repairs and maintenance across trades:
• Carpentry
• Drywall & painting
• Basic plumbing & electrical
• Tile and general home repairs
• Prepare job sites and maintain clean work areas
• Learn tools, materials, and best practices
• Interact with customers professionally and respectfully
• Help identify additional service opportunities
• Maintain and organize tools, vehicles, and workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Requirements:
• Average 1 year of hands-on experience (construction, landscaping, maintenance, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to communicate well with customers
• Willingness to learn multiple trades
• Valid driver’s license + good driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors when needed

Compensation & Upside

• $20/hour starting pay
• $15 trip bonus per job
• Performance bonuses (5-star reviews can add $75–$100/day)
• Clear path to higher-paying Lead Craftsman roles
