Requirements

• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
• General Liability Insurance
• Worker's Comp Insurance
• Business License
• Background and Motor Vehicle check to company standards
• Will need to fill out subcontractor package

Tasks

• Wide range of handyman work to include finish carpentry, drywall repair, touch up paint
• Electrical and plumbing repair and fixture replacement and other tasks
• Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Residential
