Authentic Hand Therapy is a specialty upper extremity practice in Medford, Oregon where we take care of our patients and each other. We've earned the trust of fellowship-trained hand surgeons across the Rogue Valley, which means you'll see a rich mix of complex post-surgical cases alongside conservatively managed conditions. The Rogue Valley offers world-class vineyards and breweries, the Rogue River, Crater Lake, Mt. Ashland, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, a lively local music and theater scene, and a genuinely warm, welcoming community — all a few hours from the coast, Central Oregon, or Portland.

Responsibilities

• Mentor OT/OTA students and two COTAs, passing along hard-won clinical judgment.
• Run your caseload and make clinical decisions like a seasoned clinician.
• Provide hand therapy services for complex post‑surgical and conservatively managed upper‑extremity conditions.
• Documentation time is built into the schedule so you can write defensible, quality documentation without eating into your evenings.
• Build rapport easily with patients, referring providers, and teammates.
• Desire to mentor the next generation of hand therapists.
