About the role
The Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County (OADC) is seeking a fellowship-trained, Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with hand and upper extremity conditions
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences
- Collaborate with other specialists to develop treatment plans
- Contribute to the educational mission of the practice through teaching and mentoring
- Assist in the development and implementation of new surgical techniques and technologies
Requirements
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopaedic Surgery with a focus on Hand Surgery
- Completed fellowship training in Hand Surgery
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of New York
- Passing scores on all required exams

OADC practices across five clinical locations in Poughkeepsie, East Fishkill, and New Windsor, providing advanced, accessible and vertically integrated orthopedic care to Hudson Valley communities.
