Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam.
• Maintain a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive work environment.
• Handle lost-and-found items with care, manage key control, and ensure safety in sensitive areas.
• Set the highest standards for cleanliness and sanitation across all facilities and equipment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
