Cooks and prepares meals for 100 to 150 people, including patients, residents, employees, visitors, and special meals. Responsible for the cleanliness and order of the kitchen as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals for a large group (100–150 people) with diverse dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Work with a variety of diets, foods, and kitchen equipment
- Train and work at both facilities as required
