Ham Packing 1st Shift-General Employee (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
• Keep pace with the production line.
• Work as a team player to ensure product specifications are met in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with other team members.
• Assist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
• Follow the company’s GMPs, SOPs, Plant Rules, and Policies.
• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Strive to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to read and write.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
