About the Role

At Cedar Point's HalloWeekends, you’ll entertain and scare guests as a costumed character in one of our haunted attractions. Live Entertainment provides costumes and professional makeup artists to apply prosthetics and airbrush makeup. Must remain active through October 26th to be eligible for bonus pay, which will be paid out after November 1st.

Responsibilities

• Wear theatrical makeup, prosthetics, and a costume as a costumed character.
• Entertain guests through hand/body movements and vocalization.
• Rehearse and perform the role of a monster as originally scripted or conceived.
• Interact in a frightening way to entertain guests by portraying a defined character.
• Deliver amazing guest experiences and help create lifelong memories.
• Interact with diverse guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Gain skills, knowledge, and experience for future opportunities.

Requirements

• Passion for helping others and supporting guests and associates.
• Good judgment and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excitement and enthusiasm for Cedar Point.
• Availability to work some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
