On-Site Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device provided by Hallmark.
• Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required merchandising activities.
• Engage professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.
• Ensure the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores is maintained.

Holiday Support

• Support Hallmark's operations during major holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Work additional days and extended hours during the work week, including weekends, as needed.

Department Resets

• Part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections.
• Notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments.

One Team Vision

• Support other team members as needed in their territories.

Physical Requirements

• High level of energy and a sense of urgency.
• Working on the selling floor and in back stockrooms.
• Consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Kneeling, squatting, walking, and standing throughout the workday.
• May be required to climb stairs and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
