About the role

As a Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You'll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations. You may also work with other companies' products in the stores you service. Responsibilities

• Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores (grocery, drug, department, mass retailers).
• Day‑to‑day engagement: use a Hallmark‑provided mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory; use technology for communication, reporting time, providing feedback, and completing surveys; interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours leading up to and following holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father
