About the role

As a Merchandiser Floater you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You'll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. You may also work with other companies' products in the stores you service.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores (grocery, drug, department, mass retailers).
• Utilize a Hallmark‑provided mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products inside and outside the Hallmark department.
• Use technology for day‑to‑day work, communication with supervisors, reporting time, providing feedback, and completing surveys for required merchandising activities.
• Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.
• Be responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores.
• Provide holiday support: work additional days and extended hours leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; may be required to work on the actual holiday, which may include weekends.
• Participate in department resets: assist with installations, building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections; typically notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends.
• Support other team members as needed as part of Hallmark’s One Team Vision.
