Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local store teams and fellow team members on new store installations, resets/remodels, and season installations.
- Support and work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark.
- Optimize product placement and maintain inventory as needed.
- Work with other products from other companies in the stores that Hallmark services.
- Receive a schedule in advance for the accounts you will service.
- Remove product, dismantle and build/assemble fixtures, place products on display.
- Communicate with your supervisor using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, to provide feedback, answer surveys, monitor inventory, and report time.
- Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.
- Support holiday operations leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Support other team members as needed in their territories.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to read, write, and understand English.
- Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
- Physically demanding job requiring a high level of energy and a sense of urgency.
Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use a digital hand-held device.
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
- Physical fitness to perform the job requirements, including pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and stepping ladders.
Additional Information
This role covers the geographical area of: Fort Worth, Benbrook, Weatherford, Stephenville, Burleson, Cleburne and Granbury. Fort Worth 76126 is roughly center. You must live within this area and be available to travel to work within the area.
