Halfway House Attendant – Part Time Summary: The Halfway House provides a limited food & beverage menu for our members and their guests. Halfway House team members are responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the cleaning standards of the facility. Primary Responsibilities Support the purpose and core values of the Atlanta Athletic Club by performing duties as assignedAccurately enter orders and charge member accounts promptly and correctlyPrepare and serve food items and snacks, including breakfast options, sandwiches and saladsMix and serve select alcoholic beverages such as Bloody Mary’s, canned beer, and seltzersMaintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety throughout the Halfway HouseEnsure timely ordering and restocking of all food, beverage, and supply items Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skillsFriendly, approachable, and customer focusedAble to build positive relationships with members and teammatesComfortable standing for long periods in hot, humid conditions and able to lift up to 45 poundsFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Education/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of age and be able to obtain a pouring permit from the City of Johns CreekPrevious customer service experience in a food and beverage outlet preferred Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC) is committed to providing a comprehensive benefit program for your physical and financial wellness, creating value in your most important investment - you!
