Position Details

• 100% Outpatient Practice - Primary Care
• Starting year 1 guarantee salary of $132,500.00
• Compensation does not include productivity/bonuses
• Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans
• Shared phone call across a large provider pool
• 2.5-day work week averaging 16-20 patients/day
• Flexible scheduling available with option of ½ day virtual care
• Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine required within 2 years of employment
• Shareholder track (2 years for 1.0FTE; 4 years for 0.5FTE)

Qualifications

Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties. All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team. Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists. Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system
