Hale Farm Grounds & Maintenance Associate

This position is classified as seasonal and non-exempt from overtime compensation, with no supervisory responsibility. Under the guidance of the Maintenance Lead, you will collaborate with Hale Farm & Village’s departments and auxiliaries on a daily basis as well as for special events and programs.

Responsibilities

• Landscape maintenance including cutting grass, weed eating, trash pick-up, weeding, planting, mulching, and cutting firewood
• General site and vehicle maintenance including buildings, systems, and equipment
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Lead

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Experience operating landscape equipment and chainsaw
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
• Pleasant, honest, reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
• Team worker with strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies

Pay

$12.00/hour
