About the role

The base salary for this position is $16.00 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders
• Provides delivery of menu items
• Ensures seamless service is achieved at our HaLani restaurant
• Provides food and beverage service in a friendly manner with a very high level of guest satisfaction
• Works in a fast-paced and high volume work environment
• Provides consistent, luxury guest experiences
• Uses related software and property management systems

Qualifications

• Serving experience in a similar environment
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills and sales ability
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of product knowledge
• Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
