Responsibilities

• Meet and serve clients
• Offer a variety of hair services
• Build and maintain a client base through walk-ins and appointments
• Participate in community outreach programs

Requirements

• Must be licensed hair stylist
• Experience in cutting, coloring, and styling hair
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the hair industry
• Pass a background check

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Knowledge of salon operations and management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay

Earn on average $30 - $40 an hour with a guaranteed base salary and strong commission structure.
