FS Cut & Color has rebranded from Fantastic Sams. We are a full-service salon offering a variety of services including cuts, colors, perms, hair extensions, styling, and treatments. We cater to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients for new starters
• Build and manage client relationships with walk-ins and appointments
• Offer a guaranteed base salary with potential for unlimited commission
• Participate in flexible hours, ranging from part-time to full-time
• Enjoy free technical training in cut, color, texture, and business support
• Earn 15% commission on high-quality product lines

Requirements

• Must be licensed hair stylist
• Experience in cutting, coloring, and styling hair
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing excellent salon services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the hair industry
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Proficient in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques

Pay

Average earnings range from $30 to $40 per hour based on performance and commission structure.
