About the role

The Spa at Spruce Peak is a luxurious 21,000 square foot facility spread across three levels, designed to immerse guests in a natural, serene environment. Our mission is to help guests find peace, confidence, and renewal through various wellness experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircuts, styles, chemical services, and therapeutic treatments.
• Offer a warm, memorable guest experience that aligns with the spa's ethos of calm, confidence, and renewal.
• Adhere to current hairstyles and trends, and stay updated on industry developments.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the salon area.

Requirements

• Maintain a current Vermont Cosmetology license.
• Excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills.
• Prior experience in a luxury spa or high-end salon is preferred.
• Ideal work schedule is Friday through Tuesday.

Qualifications

Pay

This position is commission-based.
