At Prana Beauty & Wellness, we believe a great salon should help stylists grow—not just work behind the chair. We offer a supportive commission position with ongoing education and mentorship, designed to help you build confidence, refine your craft, and grow your clientele. For stylists who want long-term independence, there is also the opportunity to transition into a booth rental position in the future once your clientele is established. We provide the support and clientele; you bring your talent. Education & Mentorship

We are passionate about helping stylists continue to grow in their craft. Our team provides:

• Weekly hands-on education
• Mentorship in advanced color techniques
• Cutting and corrective color training
• Real-world problem solving behind the chair
• Support with consultations, pricing, and client retention
• Guidance on building a strong and loyal clientele

About Prana Beauty & Wellness

Prana Beauty & Wellness is a luxury eco-conscious salon and spa serving guests throughout Centennial, Greenwood Village, DTC, Highlands Ranch, and surrounding areas.

• 2 natural nail stations
• A spa room for massage, skincare, and lash services

We are a Certified Green Circle Salon, recycling the majority of salon waste including hair, foils, unused color, and color tubes. We proudly use professional, high‑performance product lines including Davines, Surface, L’Anza, and Pravana. The salon has strong client demand and steady traffic, and we actively support stylists in building and growing their clientele.

Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, color services, and styling
• Provide consultations and product recommendations
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Collaborate with our team of stylists and spa professionals

Requirements

• Licensed cosmetologist in Colorado
• Barbering services (if applicable)
• Confident in highlights, color services, and haircuts
