Sales Associate/Stylist

Each season, Club Monaco offers must-have fashion and key pieces that form the foundation of a modern wardrobe.

The Stylist role focuses on meeting or exceeding the store’s sales and profitability goals by maximizing personal sales and delivering an optimum level of customer service. The Stylist also supports all areas of store operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maximize personal sales at every opportunity.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for customers.
• Demonstrate how new products can mix with existing stock and previous purchases.
• Communicate product and customer feedback to managers.
• Apply Point of Sale knowledge to process transactions efficiently.
• Handle multiple customers at fitting rooms while following all policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette through customer service.
• Follow through with the customer experience using thank-you cards, business cards, and maintaining a client book.
• Ensure ease of customer experience through visual presentation and overall store maintenance.
• Assist in executing brand integrity and visual standards set by the company.
• Attend and participate in store flips (floor resets).
• Maintain store presentation by cleaning, vacuuming, folding, sizing, steaming, and replenishing stock as assigned.
• Actively participate in merchandising activities, including daily stock maintenance, receiving and processing stock, product transfers, folding, and floor changes.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the established dress code and image guidelines.
• Actively support securing company assets through effective Asset Protection in compliance with company policies.
