About the role

Responsibilities
- Apply hair products and styling techniques to create desired looks
- Assist clients with hair color services
- Perform haircuts, perms, and other styling services
- Ensure salon cleanliness and maintain equipment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- Cosmetology License (Preferred)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a salon setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Knowledge of hair care products and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
