At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to help you stay up-to-date on the latest haircut trends and techniques. Stylists average $26+ an hour (including base pay, tips, incentives, and retail commission), with top performers earning even more.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional haircuts and client service
• Build and maintain a loyal client base
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing training
• Work collaboratively in a fun, team-oriented salon environment

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin cosmetology or barber license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Passion for the hair industry and ongoing professional growth
• Cutting experience in a salon preferred but not required (new graduates welcome)
