Training & growth
At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends and techniques. If you are interested in growing and learning in your career, we encourage you to apply.
Pay
Stylists average $26+ an hour (including base pay, tips, incentives & retail commission) – our rockstar stylists and cosmetologists earn even more.

Requirements
- Active Illinois cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for the hair industry and ongoing growth
- Cutting experience in a salon preferred however not required – fresh out of cosmetologist or beauty school or new to men's haircuts? We will train you!
