This is a men’s haircut-focused salon with a steady flow of clients. You’ll work in a clean, organized environment with clear systems, strong support, and a leadership team that values reliability, growth, and respect.

Requirements

• Active Oregon cosmetology or barber license
• Comfort with clipper cutting, fades, and men’s styles
• Friendly, professional, team-first attitude
• Commitment to delivering a great client experience

Pay

• $30-40 per hour (hourly pay + tips + commissions)
