Program Mission

AeroVironment (AV) is excited to support the HADES (Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems) contract at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM. Our mission is to deliver innovative, transparent, and trusted mission services that enable our customers to execute critical mission operations while advancing national security objectives.

About the Role

We are looking for professionals who are currently supporting the Engineering, Development, Integration, and Sustainment (EDIS) contract or those interested in exploring opportunities with AV. Join us as we continue to support critical missions, focus on warfighter effects, and advance the future of space operations.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with members of the incumbent workforce interested in joining the AV Team.
  • Play a vital role in sustaining mission readiness, integrating advanced technologies, ensuring mission reliability, and supporting the nation’s most demanding space operations.
  • Deliver unmatched technical expertise and operational success in support of the customer’s mission to secure our nation’s freedom to operate in space.

Requirements

  • Access to information subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
  • U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR.
  • Current U.S. Citizenship for some positions due to contract requirements.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in relevant fields.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with relevant software and tools.

Skills

  • Software development skills.
  • Network engineering skills.
  • System administration skills.
  • Information security expertise.
  • Project management experience.
