About the Role
Bartender is responsible for maintaining, receiving, and storage of spirits, wine, beer, and other bar supplies across multiple venues including Apache Tee, Boat House, Broken Arrow Tap House, Casino F&B, Wendell’s, Red Hat Grille, Scouts Corner Bar, Banquets, Casino Lounge, and Boat Dock.
Responsibilities
- Explain and demonstrate hospitality behaviors and performance standards.
- Understand where to obtain information needed to complete tasks to standard.
- Explain and demonstrate technical and behavioral skills required for tasks.
- Take ownership of problems and solve them, requesting help when needed.
- Provide guests with directions or venue information.
- Act on guest comments or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to quality and sanitation standards, IMGR&C policies, and daily checklists.
- Responsible for basic bar financial controls, including POS data entry, beverage pouring, cash/credit card handling, and inventory security.
- Knowledge of cocktail and drink terminology and preparations.
- Perform all shift opening and closing checklist duties.
- Clean all bottles daily.
- Provide prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests and team members.
- Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures.
- Obtain and maintain an Alcohol Servers License.

- Report all guest complaints, compliments, and non-compliant resort conditions to supervisors.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or six months to one year of job-related experience and/or training.

- Works collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to use handheld communication devices.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for several hours at a time.
Work Environment
- Loud noise levels.
- Exposure to second-hand smoke.
- Possible exposure to biohazardous fluids (e.g., blood and other body fluids).
- May encounter hostile environments with guests.
- Subject to high-stress environments.
